I have always loved this building. It has such a grand feeling to it from the wide staircase up to the original brass front door it has such as strong presence. Built in the 1920's it is Toronto's most iconic Art Deco building which was converted to residential lofts in 2005. With it's 13 foot tall ceilings with fluted concrete columns and warehouse windows this is anything but cookie cutter.
